- What is the TBL-Friends Program?
To thank you all for your support, we wanted to give something back, which is why we have launched this great TBL-Friends Program.
Our TBL-Friends Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at TheBabyLoft.com you will earn points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at TheBabyLoft.com.
The TBL-Friends Program began on Friday 18 August, 2006. All eligible, non-credit card purchases made after that date will earn points, please review the Terms and Conditions listed below.
- How does the TBL-Friends Program work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned.
These points are added to your TBL-Friends account when we process your order. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
You must login to your account in order to view your points.
During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance. See "Redeeming TBL-Friends Points" section.
- Points and Values
For every RM1.00 spent at TheBabyLoft.com you'll earn 2.00 points For example: Product Cost: RM100.00 TBL-Friends Points Earned: 200 Value of Points Earned: RM2.00 Last updated: Tuesday 01 August, 2006 - Redeeming TBL-Friends Points
If you have a balance in your TBL-Friends account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at TheBabyLoft.com.
During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box you can select to use your available TBL-Friends points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your account to cover the cost of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your TBL-Friends account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.
Please note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount not paid with points. Coupons and discounts are not applicable when a purchase is made with points redemption.
- Minimum Points required for Redemption
A minimum balance of 200 points (RM2.00) is required before you can redeem them.
We strongly advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.

A maximum of 10,000 points (RM100.00) can be redeemed in a single order.

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, items which have been discounted are included - except the following items: Final Markdowns, Clearance Items, Package Deals and Purchase-with-Purchase items.

No, when a coupon is applied to an order, no points will be earned for that order. - Will I earn points if I use other membership programs that you partner with?
No, TBL-Friends points will not be earned when other partner membership discounts are applied for an order - Will I earn points when a purchase is paid with points?
Yes. Please note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount not paid with points.

Share the parenting gems with your friends...
When your friend places an order, during the checkout process there will be a box to enter a Referral code. Your Referral code is your registered email address with us.
When we receive your referred friend's completed and approved order, we will reward your Points account with 100 points .
The more first time orders we receive from your referrals, the more reward points you will receive.

- Terms and Conditions
- TBL-Friends is only available to registered TheBabyLoft.com members.
- TBL-Friends points can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only valid at TheBabyLoft.com.
- TBL-Friends points can only be collected for non credit card purchases for the amount paid.
- TBL-Friends points cannot be collected or used with products or services that are not available for online purchase (eg. 3D Baby Hands & Feet Sculpturing).
- TBL-Friends points cannot be collected for shipping fees, Final Markdowns, Clearance Items, Package Deals and Purchase-with-Purchase items.
- TBL-Friends points cannot be collected when combined with coupons or other membership programs.
- TBL-Friends points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between members.
- TBL-Friends points are not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
- TBL-Friends points redeemed will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
